Steve is a writer/producer/director with over 20 years of experience creating videos, TV spots, and documentaries for higher-education, corporate, non-profit, and public television clients. Steve has been a volunteer counselor at Camp Dost – a week-long summer camp for children with cancer – for 20+ years. It is always the best (and most exhausting) week of his year.

Allan is an editor/documentarian with diverse production experience ranging from documentaries to higher-education videos, corporate productions and national TV spots. Allan has his own edit suite and his videos have won many local and national awards. He has worked in both Pittsburgh and New Orleans and is a graduate of Penn State University. Allan is a Board Member and video documentarian for the non-profit charity Hope for Ghana. Hope for Ghana builds schools, libraries, and clean water infrastructure in rural villages of Ghana.

Heather met Steve in 2005 while working together on an assignment at Susquehanna University. As a professional photographer with her own business Heather found herself working alongside Patterson Media Team on several projects. She then began working with us directly as part of the team. Heather’s approachable personality puts clients at ease in front of the camera, and her eye for lighting and composition raise the bar on our video footage. Heather also volunteers with the Australian Cattle Dog Rescue Association with her two sons.

John met Steve Patterson when they began working together more than 25 years ago. As a working musician he began composing scores for many of Steve’s films. John also had his own recording studio, and he soon entered the field of writing, editing, and recording radio commercials. He later launched a full-service ad agency, and today he is the owner of mediaXcreative, Inc., creating TV commercials as well as web design, graphic design, and video live-streaming of events for clients.

Rick has been a professional cinematographer for over 25 years. He has worked on a variety of award-winning productions, including TV spots, music videos, national public television programs, and feature films. Rick has also worked as a producer, director, and editor on a variety of productions for higher-education, health care, and corporate clients.
